We are a small, senior team that prefers depth over headcount. Everyone here can talk to engineers and executives, read ugly legacy code, and think in products, not just tickets. We are direct, calm, and allergic to drama and hype.

Who you are
You are very senior in at least one track (product, engineering, UX, data, AI) and comfortable learning enough of the others to be dangerous. You enjoy ambiguity, like talking to domain experts, and have no problem opening a horrible spreadsheet or codebase and figuring out what it really does.
